My Story
Do you feel stuck in your life? Started thinking true meaning of your work? Doubt about yourself as a leader? I know and I have been there too.
I have been working in the international companies for more than 20 years such as Bayer, Nestlé, L'Oréal from local markets to global HQ, mainly for brand marketing, digital innovation, new business development by collaborating, leading, & creating synergies with people from across the world.
I am south Korean and started living in Switzerland since 2017. Experiencing radical cultural shift equipped me to have perspectives about cultural differences and I could experiment myself to adapt to new environment by adjusting my communication & leadership style, even to certain extent my personality and values.
During this whole journey I was blessed with so many amazing people, and I could see myself always enjoying developing people. By doing this I could feel that I live with my purpose.
My coaching mission is to help you to flourish your life by discovering your unique value and growing towards your purpose. We can work on it together so that you can flourish your life as it is supposed to be!
